Well, it looks like Richard is in hot water with the Indian government for laying one on Bollywood actress, Shilpa Shetty.

star Shilpa Shetty on Thursday, saying their kiss at a public function "transgressed all limits of vulgarity," media reports said.
If they think this on-stage grope "transgressed all limits of vulgarity," how would they define his reported PETA - disaproved treatment with a gerbil a few years back? At any rate, this was just a horny washed up actor unused to exercising self control and unable to control himself. I do hope they arrest him anyway, though.
