Totally supporting the troops stuck in Iraq

Blogger must be recovering from a botched joke or something because I can't post photos - AGAIN. Boy, does that cheese me off. I've been trying all morning. While we wait here's another thing that totally cheeses me off:

This from Gateway Pundit:

Here's a real laugher that will be totally missed by the MSM. Kerry in his attack yesterday on the rightwing nutjobs, claimed he "lived and breathed the concerns of our troops."

But, the truth about Kerry's concern for the troops took all of five minutes to nail down...

John Kerry's democratic military voting record tells a different story:

* voted to gut intelligence spending by a cumulative $6 billion.
* voted to cut defense spending 38 times.
* voted to cut pay for military families 12 times.
* voted against the death penalty for terrorists.
* voted for the biggest tax increase in US history.
* voted against family-oriented tax relief like eliminating the death Tax
* voted against the Marriage Penalty Tax.
* However, Kerry actually did vote for the $87 billion, before I voted against it.

The non-partisan National Journal has labeled him the Most Liberal Senator in Washington.

Okay, I know this is from CNS and everyone holds their nose while reading it but this cheesed me off too: Kerry Sought Out Families at Soldiers' Funerals, Authors Say
One of the families Moy and Morgan discuss in their book is that of Justin Johnson from Rome, Ga., who was killed during an April 2004 ambush in Sadr City, Iraq.

"A woman - who had also lost her son in the war and who represented the local Kerry campaign - approached the Johnsons at their son's wake," Moy said. "Justin was laid out in his Army uniform as the woman began her speech about hating Bush and helping Kerry.

"She asked the Johnsons to speak out against President Bush," the author said. The family turned down the request.

Morgan said that while doing research for their book, she and Moy discovered that Kerry and liberal activist Michael Moore personally recruited family members within days of their son's deaths - and sometimes even at the funerals - to come and work for the campaign in order to undermine Bush.

"It was shocking and really offensive behavior, and that's exactly what happened to Cindy Sheehan, who we tracked down," Morgan said. "She went on the payroll of John Kerry's campaign within days after her son's death, as well as her daughter, Carly."

As chronicled in "American Mourning," Sheehan later said she was sorry that she had worked for Kerry's campaign. "I will not support a pro-war Democrat. I regret supporting John Kerry in 2004," she said. "The movement gained nothing from his candidacy."
