Calling all Lions of Islam!

"Barbary Lion" Megan Giles.

Have you heard the latest Zawahiri agitprop?

"I also appeal to my Muslim brethren everywhere to respond to the call for jihad in Somalia. I appeal to the lions of Islam in Yemen, the state of faith and wisdom, I appeal to my brothers the lions of Islam in the Arab Peninsula, the cradle of conquests, and I also appeal to my brothers the lions of Islam in Egypt, Sudan, the Arab Maghreb, and everywhere in the Muslim world to rise up to aid their Muslim brethren in Somalia through offering sacrifices, money, opinion, and expertise so as to defeat the slaves of America that it sends to death on its behalf.

I appeal to the Muslims everywhere to rush to support their brother mujahidin who are being encroached upon and are being fought by America and its slaves for they chose the law of Islam instead of the law of looting, plundering, theft, bribery, corruption, and treachery
. "

State Dept advises against travel to Third World African cesspools.

Guess these jokers didn't get the memo.

Leave it to good old AP to run right out and chat up the enemy. Feh.
"AP contacted several militants by telephone after townspeople identified them as former fighters known from the months when the Islamic movement controlled Mogadishu. None of those interviewed were leaders and said they are now moving house to house, staying with friends and relatives."

Look for the Somali-Americans to become the next CAIR poster child. Grrrr. Remember Vipers In Our Midst?

Hey, Sailor. When Dinah lived in San Francisco one of Dinah's favorite times of the year was always Fleet Week and I would love for the US NAVY to see some action in Somalia. It sure would be a nice little pregame warmup for Iran and Korea. You know it's coming.

US Navy warships were patrolling off the Somali coast, meanwhile, to prevent the militiamen from escaping by sea. The Somali and Ethiopian force captured a southern town near the Kenyan border on Thursday evening. Colonel Barre “Hirale” Aden Shire, the Somali Transitional Government’s defence minister, said Islamic militiamen were dug in with their backs to the sea at Ras Kamboni, on the southernmost tip of Somalia.
