The "sunroof did it" theory
gains some credence with the release of these X-rays and pics. Where is CSI: Rawalpindi when you need them? Please note the sun roof handle with blood on it. I was having a hard time featuring what kind of handle a Toyota sunroof could have - evidently the up armoring of the vehicle had resulted to modifications of the sunroof. You can easily see that the force of the blast coupled with the size of that handle could crack your noggin like an egg. Or NOT.
