The joys of Rama-lama-ding-dan

Greetings friends and neighbors. Here it is again, that special time of year. Ramadan.

Let's see what festive celebrations and happy times the Religion of Peace has planned:

In sunny Nigeria: Riots break out after a Christian woman rejects a Muslim man. 18 Churches and scores of homes are burned. 5000 Christians are displaced. Peace be upon them!

In happy go lucky Sweden: Power shortages in Sweden’s second largest city, Gothenburg prompt Muslim youths to share the Ramadan love, "within an hour most schools and commercial centers in the north eastern suburbs were vandalized." Hat tip: LGF reader Enlil.

In Lyon France, the home of the pate gobbling gastronome a young girl was stoned for eating during Ramadan. No bon appetit for you, Mademoiselle!

In Mangalore, India Muslims are asking where's the beef as rioting breaks out between Hindus and Muslims over the ritual slaughter of cattle. In other news, a Hindu youth dies from stoning injuries. Namaste. I guess.

Ah - the holidays. Always a stressful time for the family - no doubt that's just what happened to the family in Louisville Kentucky, where the dad snapped, killed his four kids and grievously wounded his wife. Did I mention he was an adherent of the Religion of Peace? Allah Ackbar!

In merry old Windsor England, three nights of fun and Ramadan rioting have occurred. Those crazy Muslims just want to have fun. No doubt they were only celebrating the Queen's installation of a Muslim prayer room in Windsor Castle for the single Muslim employee there. Jolly good show, I say.

Ever the good hosts, the US Military has been busy making holiday preparations for Ramadan at Guantanamo. I'm sure their efforts will be well received and appreciated by the Muslim terrorists visiting there!

In India on 09.24.06 An 18-year-old woman is murdered by the Hizb-ul-Mujahideen after she refuses to marry a member.

And guess what? Ramadan isn't over until October 24! Lots more peace and brotherhood to come!
