Aaargh!

My ISP has been down for a week! God, talk about total jonesing. I got it bad, kids. I played solitaire. With real cards. I did the crossword puzzle. I did a sudoku. I read three newspapers, the NY Post, WSJ, and The Trenton Times from cover to cover. All before breakfast.

And after a week of having to rely solely on cable news for my information? Well, the phrase "tits on a trashcan" comes to mind there. And because cable outlets repeat their programming ad nauseaum, repeat 'tits on a trashcan' over and over again and you get the vibe I was dealing with. It was indeed a miracle to hear that those two boys were found and I wish them well and all, but geez...there was a lot going on in the world but you wouldn't have known it watching cable.

(My cable provider is also my ISP - grrrr.)
